A day in the life

"Dear sun god. Today I am sacrificing the 10,000 heart to you, take it and live." A sudden crack came in the air. I was in anticipation. The whole village was. So much suspense I didn't know what to do. Me the mighty priest scared beyond belief. Huh. The sun god was present there was only one thing to do. I spoke. "What do you want from us . It was a shrill reply but clear as day.
"Your hearts.

There was comotion. The sun god sat on the temple as if it was a chair. His mighty hand swooped down and grasped at least 20 villagers. He swiped their heats out with a dirty fingernail, as the calender predicted, it was the end of the world.

I, being a priest, honored his wish. I ripped my heart out and threw it to him and after that I woke up. I remembered the calender ended because I got lazy.

Dear Diary,

Today I was told my slavemaster died. I thought woohoo freedom,then I heard something else. Because no one owned me I was being "honored" in a sacrifice to the sun god. Great.

Aztec City Design to L.A.'s City Design

The Aztec Empire was a great empire. However it was an empire and all empires fall. Conquistadors came to the city to take it over. They brought germs the Aztecs weren't used to. This caused many sicknesses and they brought guns. Another way the took over was surrounding the city which was on an island and they blocked off the water. These were faults in the city design. Los Angeles also has faults. One way I would fix that would be banning one way streets.

Aztec sacrifice

Aztecs used slaves as human sacrifice for their god. they thought that if they did not the sun would not rise. America uses their slaves for labor in America. I however do not agree with us. I do not feel comfortable knowing that many of America's products are manufactured by criminals.
